The University Student Council (EHÖK) announces the Voice of UP Talent Show of 2019!

Have you ever dreamed of a day, when you can forget about your daily routine and dive into the world of elegant dresses and suits, exquisite dishes, glasses full of champagne and warm air filled with laughter and sounds of lovely music? Students from more than 50 countries had the opportunity to feel as if they were movie stars at the First Annual Banquet of the Stipendium Hungaricum Mentor Network on 15 February in Budapest.

A unique book is going to be published in the spring semester, for which the students of the University of Pécs sent the recipes introducing delicious dishes from 50 nationalities, from Algeria to Vietnam. I asked Anikó Berta, the manager of the English German Student Council Office about this topic, who is the source of this great idea.

Have you seen it? Have you read it? The latest issue of the magazine is available! Would you like to join us as a student journalist or photographer? See the contact address below!

Rector Attila Miseta greeted the professors of the University of Pécs at the New Year’s Professorial Meeting on 9 January 2019, which was held at the Medical School this year. He summarized the efforts made for internationalization in 2018, in which the Stipendium Hungaricum scholarship programme plays an important role. He encouraged the professors to share their knowledge with an international audience as well. “Help the students, inspire them!” – said the rector, explaining that this should be the most important task of a professor.

Dear Colleagues and Students!

Prof. Dr. Attila Miseta, rector of the University of Pécs would like to wish a merry Christmas to all and a happy new year!
