International Evening 2016

International Evening 2016 is an annual charity event organized by the English-German Student Council (EGSC) and carried out by more than 2500 students of the Medical School of University of Pécs.

International Evening highlights the exemplary multicultural environment of the University of Pécs, while cultivating tolerance and mutual understanding within the student body. Throughout the evening, students representing 67 countries exhibit their respective cultures with culinary specialties and a variety of stage performances. This highly anticipated event is sure to provide you with a unique experience as well as a richer perspective of the colourful cultural diversity at the University of Pécs Medical School.

Saturday March 5th, 2016 at 7 p.m. on the premises of EXPO Center Pécs (H-7632 Pécs, Megyeri út 72). 

The most exciting night and cultural highlight of the year here in Pécs is once again approaching. Save the date, March 5th, this is not something you would want to miss! Our goal, besides raising money for charity, is to show everybody the diversity and uniqueness of our Medical Faculty and to show that so many nations can live happily together!

Keeping up the tradition, we will have tables and performances presented by students, representing their home countries. 
Look forward to amazing dances, songs and plays on stage! 
Try food from all over the world and discover new tastes!
Listen to the professional musicians of PMS-Stage and later you can enjoy awesome DJ's at our After-Party.
And of course you can bring all your family and friends with you!

DRESS CODE: The dress code is "Informal/Evening Dress".
Traditional clothing from your home country is also very welcome.

PERFORMANCES/TABLES:
We are looking for performances and tables. The performances and tables will get more information after signing up, and we will hold information meetings prior to IE.
