The success of Pollack in the International Aventics Pneumobile Competition

Five countries and 43 teams took part in the VII. International Aventics Pneumobile Competition held in Eger, Hungary on May 16-17. The main aim of the competition was to pay attention to alternative energy sources and the efficient use of natural resources.
In this creative and innovative competition participating students have to design and construct compressed air-driven vehicles before putting them through their paces.
The team of Pollack Mihály Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology finished in second place in the distance race category. The team also won the „Autopro" award, which opens the door to the participation in the Automotive Hungary exibitionbeing held in Budapest on November 19-23.
The team of Pollack has been taking part sucessfully in the competition for years.
