Sights and sounds

Incredible, how many films he knows. By the way, he is a pianist, a husband and a father as well. Although he has got his own "brand image", what he does is unique. We call him Charlie Mancini and we met him during the 16th Ibero-American Week.
Basically he is a Portuguese pianist, but what he does that is not just about the music. He creates his own atmosphere, shows deep feelings and emotions and follows the steps of the actors and actresses: he composes kinds of soundtracks to silent movies. He uses a nom de plume because the first part of his name reflects to Charlie Chaplin and the second part of it to the Oscar-winner songwriter Henry Mancini (Pink Panther, Breakfast at Tiffany's). The reason of that was that he had to make a difference to be a "simple" pianist and a performer who is guiding us to other dimensions of films and music. The participants of the 16th Ibero-American Week have been the part of this time travel as well.
