Janus Pannonius Clinical Block was handed over in Pécs

The University of Pécs Clinical Centre 400-bed Clinical Block was handed over by Bence Rétvári, deputy minister of the Ministry of Human Resources; Péter Hoppál, State Secretary for Culture and parliamentarian of the district and József Bódis, rector of the University of Pécs.
The European Union funding projects concerned 27.000 2m field and it was materialized from 15 billion forint. A helicopter landing field was built to the top of the building for the even faster medical care.
In the whole clinical building complex 367 patients can be nursed at the same time. Nearly half a million people take advantage of the health care services provided by the Departments of Clinical Centre here annually.
The health centre denominated Janus Pannonius Clinical Block was blessed by György Udvardy bishop within the framework of the celebration.
